Do a search...off the top of my head I think it was an used yellow wire. It is read only through sensor check. IT is the INT 3.

I don't care about it not being accurate, I'd just like to save money from buying a A/F gauge
does anyone really know if its the yellow wire or the blue one? and how does it read to signal from the O2 sensor.. dose it have a A/F gauge built into it? will it automatically compensate? or can u just tune it just like a normal A/f gauge? this could be good if there was a gauge built in...
I would also like some more feedback on this subject. I asked this question earlier and was told that there was no A/F gauge. I don't really want to install another gauge(have EGT and Boost).

The AFC is not to be used as an O2 voltage monitor. We (Apexi) do offer the Auto Timer with O2 sensor voltage and theoretical air/ fuel ratio monitor

i have one and have never read anywhere in any literature from apexi saying that it has an a/f guage. it does display voltage readings though. Also when i purchased mine from rx7.com they suggested i buy an a/f guage and go from there.
Well it doesn't have a A/F color LED's guage, it will show you the input in Votage (as NZConvertible stated). It will take you time to get use to the numbers, but once you know "the range" you won't go back to stupid LED's.

I'm ignorant. Why would I want to put a piece of equipment on my car that gives me disinformation? Its only accurate around .4v. Its off, no not just off,its wildly off is a better way to put it, at idle or wot.
Just curious why one would use a inaccurate gauge.

(We were too busy beating people in New Jersey for the Pan American Championship, Yes Team Puerto Rico wins again!!!!)
We use an exhaust temperature gauge to do our setting on rich/lean scenarios. After using all kinds of a/f mixture gauges our best settings, ET's and HP readings have come out of using the exhaust temperature readings for tunning. Good luck!!!

Apex-i Auto Timer
I can confirm that the Apex-i Auto Timer does have a Volt Meter, O2 Reading w/ color changing LEDs, O2 volt reading as well as timer capabillities. I've had mine for a month now and it's an awesome unit for the price.

Oh and just get an EGT gauge, its supposed to be much more accurate, end the discussion about it.
The reason why I would get the Autometer and use the blue wire from Afc is because Well ....ITS BETTER THAN TUNING IT WITHOUT ONE.
THier you go. If you have to tune it I suggest the autometer and tap the blue wire. Fine someone who knows were the stock voltages are sopose to read then corolate those with the Autometer and tune from thier. Use both to you advantage. Its better than tuning it with you ears , eyes and mind dont ya agree?
Also use the exaust gas temperature and a water gauge if your stock one isnt accurate. If you are doing harm to you engine than it will show in one of your gauges im sure. Then just back off a little with your settings. I will try this before I dyno it to see how well it works. I will get back to ya all but not in the same thread. Thnx
