Anyone using Cusco Under brace

Is anyone using the cusco under brace, and if you are do ya think you could post some pics of it cuase i figure rather than payin $70 for it i may as well make it for $15(saving up for my koni's). Also if you have pics of where it bolts up to the car that would be great.

-Thanks, Andrew

If you're using an aftermarket downpipe (for turbo), it won't fit.

It bolts between the two rear mounts on the subframe. I have the cusco with a DP actually. It did take quite a bit of fitting, but I do have it.

Not true...it likely has to do with downpipe design. I'm running an HKS downpipe (75mm) on my car along with the Cusco brace, fitment is perfect with plenty of room. I'll try to post pics tomorrow as my office is closed. If the weather's nice, the GVR4 will get a days rest and I'll take the FC out for a spin

On a side note about the HKS downpipe; though it fit perfectly as pretty much any HKS piece does, I was disappointed with the finish. Their downpipes for newer cars like the EVO are FAR nicer in terms of the quality of the welds/flanges IMHO. I just assume that they stick to their original design for older cars and don't update their entire line. I wonder how many of their FC3S downpipes have been boxed up for the past 10 years?

I think we appreciate the effort, but that picture isn't going to do much good to anyone. Any chance you could take a pic with some light under there and/or a flash camera?

You can get the Cusco lower arm bar from either rx7.com for $103 or corksport.com for $115

Do you have the cusco door pillar bars? I'll have these soon just waiting for them to arrive.

the biggest difference is going up driveways, the chassis doesn't twist as much and you gotta have momentum going up otherwise its hard to go up with only one wheel on the ground.
