Good ole ******* Ted, still top of his game... and just as unhelpful as ever! I run a Cusco (or did, I sold it to make some extra $) and loved it. I could right away tell a big change. The car stayed much more flat through the corners and seemed to dig the front end less in hard brake turns. Im gonna be buying Cusco again, unless I decide to spend more and do with the MazdaTrix one that ties into the firewall, and has an engine torque brace.
Well worth the price though for the Cusco

Well I gained 13HP. To the guys running both front and rear. What did adding the rear do for you? Ive heard some people say adding a rear strut bar makes the car too likely to break rear traction hard in turns. Any truth to that? Makes sense to me anyway. Hard in a turn, if the rear is stiff, its seems like it would be more likely to break traction than a softer more forgiving rear end that moves a bit.

i have a meagon front strut brace... i got it for 15 bucks new... it made a decent difference... more than worth the 15 bucks lol..
I want to switch to cusco, but dont yet have the money.
Anybody have the rear cusco tri-point strut bar? the one that braces against the floor of the car? Im really interested in that!

you need to get the 1' x 4' REamemiya sticker on the side.

I never tried a cusco, matter a fact I never tried one on a 7 before but I did on other cars and they work great for the intended purpose..
when I buy mine for my 7 it will be the racing beat front bar!

I run a Cusco Bar and havent run anything else to compare. It doesnt help that my 6pt Roll Cage, Cusco Bar, RB Sway Bars, and Rear Cross Bar all went in at the same time. All I know is that the car handles like a beast.
My Cusco bar is pretty stiff and can assume that it would be a noticable difference...give it a try.
