moulding painting
The mouldings on the bumper covers are already painted, but here is the problem !!
I have an 87 Non turbo that had black mouldings. I just recently painted my car and painted the mouldings the same color. Scuffed the mouldings with a scuff pad {ask at your
paint supply store} and primed them with DP40, { ask your paint store}, Then skuffed them one more time before I painted the car. Sence I used a urethane paint which is pretty flexable I`ve had great success so far !!!
For the average person to buy the right materials and try to learn how to spray them would be nutts. Unless you got a buddy who works in a body shop I`d say NO !!!!!
Hope this saves you the headach of pealing paint on your mouldings !!!!!
