Anyone know the weight of GXL wheels?

...those 5-spoke ones with the angled spokes. I think they were on the 86-87 GXL.

thanks.

I don't believe that...

'88-89 MX-6 GT wheels are much chunkier and they weigh 18lbs. There's no way RX-7 GXL wheels weigh 36lbs.

I did search first. The search function is a joke.

I entered "GXL wheel weight" in the keyword field, if that doesn't find it what would?

I am gussing that 1987 is thinking of what they would weigh with tires on. If not he should either learn to read or share the good sh*t that he is smoking.

Run a search on "wheel weight"

You'll find lots of results on the weights of all the stock wheels for the FC's ever made.

Yeesh...
I found the big thread of 2nd gen wheel weights but the "baloney slicers", as I see they are called, aren't in there.

There's just a question mark where the weight of them would be, on the big picture of all the different wheels.

Thank you!

At least this won't be one more junk thread to pop up the next time someone searches for that information.
