The flasher board is very simple and I have rebuilt ones available on my webstore, however because of the crappy construction on the S5 CPU main boards, it is recommended that you buy a new main board if you are having troubles with it.

You do understand that the CPU has multiple boards that do different things right???

what problems are you having???

yea i know that the cpu has many different processes. i'm having problems with my left hand flashers. they'll be on and then quit, so i smack on the kick panel and it'll work for a bit. so i just opted to buy a new one and put it in. i was just wanted to rebuild it because i'm sure it'll happen again. thanks

Okay, for the flasher board, it is the the bottom board.

All you want to do is replace the two relays on it and then resolder where the pins meet the circuit board for the plug. Occasionally you will also need to resolder the transistors on the board (be careful- too much heat from the soldering Iron will smoke them) as the transistors are not potted/mounted and the vibration has been known to crack out the solder joints after a while.

Or I sell already rebuilt FC/FD flasher boards for $40:

Yeah, I don't make much other than the satisfaction that I am helping keep some FC's on the road.
