Unhappy Anyone know a good place to get a turbo 2 engine?

I've tried the block seal method on my turbo 2 and it's not working for me... I just wanted to know if anyone knew where to get cheap turbo 2 engines(preferrably without transmission). I have an 88'. I'm hoping to get an american engine because i've heard it's more work to put a jdm motor because the cheapest motor I found was a jdm for $1,199(it was with transmission). I also wanted to know that if the coolant seal is broken, will I need a new radiator?

plus I also wanted to know what the normal water temperature should be because I always turn my car off after it reaches around 210 because it just keeps going up and I didn't want to overheat the engine.

thanks for your suggestions, but if I do get a jdm motor, is there anything special I have to do when installing the engine? And, lol that does suck to not know if you're getting an s4 or an s5!
