Frontal area... as in what? THe front design? the front wireing schmatics? WHat do you need to know about the front end?

he's talking about the area the car takes up if you look at it frontally. it's for calculating drag forces. unfortunately, I don't know the answer though

frontal area is the entire area of the front of the car, which is the length x width of the front. For a 3rd gen its 1.69 m^2 so it should be around that. I havent been able to find the specs online and i was hoping someone knew it

I think the cd for the s4 is .31, and .29 for the s5.
The drag for an FC is very good. The car kinda looks like a door stop from the side.

i dont need the cds! i need the frontal area so i can do my on test.

Take a picture and try to measure the picture...Of course u will need to reference something in with the pic to get accurate measurements...Just a guess don't know if it will work!

hey, good idea nashman! if you put a meterstick in the picture, you can use the size ratio of that in the photo to measure the dimensions!
