Anyone know this car and its credibility

I saw this on craigslist.ULTRA RARE 1990 MAZDA RX-7 TURBO II Halsmersport GTO
$14,999 or best offer. Is it actually rare. Anyoone know the owner. It's being sold on the SF BayArea part of Craigslist.

Might wanna read through this topic. I'm not sure as to the validity of the car, but I think it looks pretty good. I'd rather take that 15 grand and buy a few Turbo II's though

The car is legit.
I actually worked on it.
In pics, it looks kinda tacky, but in person it's actually pretty nice.
The owner is pretty straight-up - Kenny Lew.
He spent a LOT of money on the car - I've heard over $30k in stuff.
The car runs almost every Japan part imaginable - it surprised even me!
