The whole upper side, I cant find it anywhere online and Im trying to figure out if its worth it or not to get that setup for more flow?

no, sorry to kill it, but this i 100% custom
i dont know whos it is, but if u find the guy, he might make one for u
but this would be for a very modded engine!
a more common intake manifold swap would, for better flow would be one from a FD
http://image.turbomagazine.com/f/105...e_manifold.jpg
and this isnt a easy swap either!

So with that said is it possible to swap a 13b RE intake?
I like the way it looks better ha.
Im debating on which swap to do for my car, TII / 13b RE / 13b REW I dont know which one is gonna be better in the long run. I wanna run 350-400 hp reliable, DD.
I know reliable and rotary dont normally go in the same sentence but I got to get something close.

I am not sure of the brand, but it looks like some type of Weber IDA style manifold and EFI throttle body with a turbo plenum. Only the piping is custom, which is typical for our cars.
You can order similar bolt-on parts from Tweakit. Most of the parts are in this link, and you can see the matching manifolds if you click on the throttle body:

Also see Injection Perfection:
