Anyone interested in a 3 point front strut tower bar?

Those who would be interested in buying a well made 3 point front strut tower bar just check out the first page of my site. I know a guy who makes them and they are of very good quality and reasonably priced.

Not a bad product, I wouldn't mind getting one if it wasnt so expensive. I could get a strut tower bar off ebay for $30 and get similar results.

Unlikely, take your chance with those flimsy things on Ebay, but compare this one to Mazdtrix's 3point which sells for $272 PLUS shipping.

I can hear a group buy for FAF Racing Club.

Any deals for group buys?

Im not saying the ones on ebay are better because i know they are not. But Id rather spend $30 on an average one, than $100 on the best.

I like it, but it looks like the firewall components just screw into the vertical firewall. The one I'd like bolts to the horizontal lip on the firewall, just a bit lower than the top. I think that would be quite a bit stronger with bolts and lock washers as opposed to screws through the relatively thin-walled firewall.

I dunno if I trust a product made by someone who can't count.

A three point strut tower brace would be triangular. I see four distinct mounting points there, making that a 4 point strut tower brace.

If you are trying to make the argument that since they both bolt onto the firewall, and thus is one point, consider this: all mounting points on a roll bar mount to the floor, be it 4-point, 6-point, or 10-point cage. The floor is one piece, and thus, wouldn't all the cages be a single point?

Also, the mounting points on the front of the bar look a tad weak, and the screws at the firewall will add very little resistance to flex.

I agree. I had the mazdatrix triangulated strut bar and it worked really well since it used bolts for the firewall support. The screws wouldn't do anything for this brace. Construction looks like it's not 100% and I automatically hate any product being sold through a pop-up host.

*sigh* ok....I'm starting to remember now why I don't bother coming to these forums anymore. OK, I guess you can say technically it's a 4 point strut bar, it's the principal of the idea how it works that counts, not the name. I have ordered one myself because I think it;s what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay (no I don't make them, I only put up a page for someone else who makes them, no I am not making any money from it either). And for those who can't handle the pop-ups, well I'll gladly take donations to pay Freeservers to get rid of them, but I will not pay for it out of my own pocket after all the time I spent making the site for others to use. Thank you.

Or download Mozilla which has a built in pop-up blocker and enjoy 88turborx7's site
