Im 6'3 almost 6'4 and i have an FC, its not crammped really, just your legs are gonna be right at the steering wheel when its tilted all the way up.
If you want to heel and toe, good friggin luck, i cant even turn my foot , i can just turn it enough to go from gas to brake.
Other then that its not bad, might be worse for you, but im not uncomfortable.

6'5", helmet hits the roof, knees are usually up near the sides of the steering wheel. It's not too bad, but for long trips it's not the greatest. (I did drive over 1400 miles straight this way, but it's a bit harsh on the legs)

Im 6'3 and only have problems with my roll bar when I have a helmet on hitting my head. Thats not bad at all, what really pisses me off is trying to feet my freakishly big right foot on the gas pedal without hitting the brake too. I have been forced to only race with my chuck taylors on like paul walker

6'5". You have to have the seat moved all the way back and tilted as far back as possible. it still means that your head hits the ceiling and you have to drive like Sterling Moss. If you're doing track/autocross you have to move the seat up and that means that it's difficult to downshift properly. It's just something you have to accept to drive the car. In my mind it's worth it, but I'm slowly working on some solutions.

Im 6'3" and my head hits if I sit upright like I like to. So I recline the seat and its slightly awkward but definatly do-able. I also have a miata and my head sticks well above the windshield when the top is down but I make that work as well. Don't worry, you will figure something out and it will be well worth it.
