Former Moderator. RIP Icemark.
The links for the shop manuals are found in the FAQ for FC sticky thread at the top of the section.
You also didn't list what year, so since there are changes even if someone wanted to post, you don't have the year.
And you need to correct your signature. Signatures are limited to 5 lines with pictures, and the picture smaller than 200x400... your picture is radically bigger. I have edited your post to remove the signature, but it will be deletd if you do not fix it.

Ok then, here:
Actually it could be something other than the combination meter that is blowing that fuse. Other things are in the circuit. You might try disconnecting the plug named CO-3, reinserting a new fuse, and turn the key to ON or Start. If the fuse still blows.....it ain't the combination meter.

This image will do you more good. On it I showed the 7.5 METER fuse and the OTHER things it powers up. I doubt it's really the combination meter. It's more likely the backup light switch mounted on the trasmission or another thing that you might have been dealing with . I put a red marker next to all the things that the fuse feeds. It's a case of eliminating one thing at a time......like disconnecting the wires from the backup light switch on the transmission and seeing if the fuse still blows.
EDIT: The image did not show up. I'll try again in a few minutes.

Blows only with key to start rules out a bunch of things...
If you have the factory alarm computer in the car, disconnect the plug from it (behing the glove compartment)
If you have the AAS, disconnect its plug too (right rear side of the car, near the spare)
Just for troubleshooting, disconnect the small 2-pin plug from the back of the alt, then try it with the key to start again
When the key is on, all of the gauges act like they are working, right?
Make sure it's not your back-up lights, by turning the key to on, then going into reverse on the tranny...
All of the warning lights come on at the warning panel with the key to on? Including the brake light- if it was shorted, the ignition switch would blow the fuse...
The CPU could also be the culprit, but check the above things first...
Needless to say, you're going to need a couple of fuses for all of this
