Anyone have Day time pics/vids of the Motoria exhaust?

I want to see what my car will look like with it.

It would be ultra perfect if it was an S4 Red FC, but any vid/pic would rox.

Personally, I have the full system (DP,cat and CB).

Is it a little loud? Probably to most people.
Could you get used to it? I have. It's a decent sound. Not high pitched at all.
Setup? It hooked up pretty nice, no problems.
Looks? Decent size tip and it matches the bumper well. Sorry, I don't have a picture of the back of my car right now. Maybe later this afternoon.
HP? For the price, good.

Aside from the small taper at the cat?

Since you obviously bought this system and used it on your car, why don't you tell us what exactly about it is crap. You have got one right?

i love my ssautochrome MOTORIA 3 inch turbo back single driver side exit exhaust, i got it for $270 shipped to my house! shiny like a damn mirror. great looking welds, awesome sound, yes a little loud for some people(not me). fittment was perfect, not a bolt missing from the kit, so i dont see how it is crap, please explain, and tell me where another exhaust that you have found out there that will match the quality and price of the motoria!

Yeah, because "crapy welds" is a detailed answer.

What, are they not clean? Not done right? Please explain because there was nothing wrong with the one that I got.

The only thing that I would worry about the amount of heat that the engine puts out would be on the manifold that SSA makes. The material and welds seem up to par with just about every other exhaust made for the 7. Most notibly, the Corksport one. Everything is straight through and stainless. There isn't anything to burn up. If you are talking about the expansion/contraction of the welds during the heating/cooling down process, how is that any different that some other brand doing the same?

And how are the welds not done right? Did yours have gaps in it? Maybe it was thicker on one side? I'm really curious.

Sounds like maybe just one got through. I'm not saying it didn't happen but, even major companies get some defects from time to time. When did he get his exhaust?

Hmm...that's around when I got mine. I don't really know what to say about it then. I'm going to go with: a small percentage get by inspection. Maybe he got that small percentage.

I would advise to keep an exhaust that has a good reputation and you know works rather than one coming from a company that has a bad reputation of making parts that break (even if it's not specifically exhausts).

Then take into account that even if the possibility of an exhaust being poor quality and breaking on you is low, it's high enough that somebody here on the forum has seen one in person.

I expect my stock exhaust will be worn out in another year.

I have no reservations about getting an SSA Motoria SS single or maybe dual turbo back.
You can fix a broken hanger for $10.

I could change my mind if someone knows of a big wall gauge thickness difference.

Cheaper no. Corksport's single turbo-back= $520ish plus shipping
SSA= $350 plus shipping

Cheaper, no.

Quality, maybe.

odd, i've had the exhaust on my car for almost a year and 20k miles and i have had no issues with it aside from being a little too loud, i installed a borla as well to the system and i love the sound, the power and the looks.

crappy welds? he must have gotten old stock, my welds were ******* beautiful...

Talking

I just don't like SSAC stuff because it's a knockoff of our stuff?

Just like their new dual exhaust is also an RB knockoff. Go to SSACs site and look at it, it's 'type beat', gee whiz, I wonder what that could be referencing?

Is that a good reason?

well, no offense but i think most exhaust systems are just overpriced...

$300 difference between a similar exhaust system is quite a bit, nothing wrong with a little competition. personally if i was given 2 exhaust systems to choose from, a) being a good name brand and well known and b) being an aobvious knockoff of slightly lower quality for about 10-20% less i would go with the name brand stuff.

just like pharmaceuticals for one of many examples, generic works just fine where name brand stuff costs 3-4 times the price, for what? the name.

again, no offense but i often tell my customers to save a bit of money unless they have deep wallets and want a badge, sticker or stenciling on their parts and a supplier with a fatter wallet.

if companies dropped their prices some so that it was not obvious rape i wouldn't mind propping their products(though i do on a lot of name brand stuff but not everything).
