Anyone Got Cyberdyne Gauges??

I have a water temp Cyberdyne gauge, and I can't seem to get it to install right. It has a black (ground), red (power), and white (sensor) wires and then a purple wire?? The instructions say noting about a purple wire. Anyone know how to hook up a Cyberdyne water temp on a FC??

And on the subject of gauges, I also have a A/F Ratio gouge from them as well. You just run the sensor wire spliced into the wire from the O2 sensor right???

I have 2 nordskog gauges which is the current cyberdyne name. the 4th wire is a dimmer. ground or 12v it for different brightness. or hook it to headlight switch. it works not connected to. can't remember if it's full bright or not.

do you have the water temp sensor for it? I had to order seperate. mine didn't come with the gauge.

is it a digital read out gauge?

Digital gauge, it tells the temp in LCD numbers. Yeah, I got it from SiyahGTU, and it has the sensor with it as well. How do I install the A/F sensor? Just run it inline with the O2 sensor wire?

Your O2 sensor can be spliced into wire at the ECU and if your're running any electrical gauges, you NEED to ground the sensor to a good ground. The purple wire could be ignition wire. If you're using a "t" for a water temp., you need to groung the "t" and NOT the probe or the wire or else you'll peg the gauge.

Well, the water temp gauge came with it's own sensor that replaces the stock one completly, so no problems there. So I just splice into the ECU for the A/F gauge.

ya same as mine. the 4th wire controls the LCD brightness. hook up the power and ground, and test the last wire, 12v, ground, and off. it'll change the brightness.
