If you ever ordered their internal engine kit (preferably for an 86-88 turbo) I have a question. Which o-ring did you use at the oil cross over point between the front housing and front cover? The only one that is close to working is very thick and prodrudes rather high out of its seat. Can any of you relate to this senerio? I have been emailing RWS and havn't had a response yet. Thanks for your input.

Its a little thin o-riing in a packed labled "Front Cover O-ring) it is to be used without a front cover gasket or teflon ring. In my kit it was packed seperatly from all the other o-rings.

Well, I definitely didn't have an o-ring that was labeled like that, so perhaps I am missing it. The only one I found that was close (to be used by itself) was in a pack that included an identical o-ring along with the oil-metering pump o-ring.
