Anyone ever had this problem?

Okay first off my car wont idle properly, even though no more than 2 weeks ago I adjusted the idle and the TPS and had it idleing at a perfect 700 rpms (out of gear) and sometimes 1000 rpms (in gear). Now it ildes at just under 100 rpms. I think this a side effect from what has happened recently. At about 1/8 throttle it begins to skip, when pressed more or less, it stops. Also my boost gauge goes flaky sometimes. One day I can give it half throttle pulling a hill in fifth gear and the gauge nearly pegs out at 45, then on other days I can floor it in fifth pulling the same hill and It barely comes above zero. Today I drove it to work, and actually felt the transistion between the two instances, it felt as if there was a valve on the intake and it just, opened. The boost gauge shot up, and it gained about 50 hp. What the hell is causing this? when the gauge doesent come up very high, the turbo is still spooling just as loud. Could it be the wastegate not opening? I 'm 99% sure it has nothing to do with the pressure sensor, as i checked it with a vac/pressure pump, and it read on the gauge fine. Think it could be the AFM? My radiator's upper radiator end tank burst and blew anti-freeze 100% directly into the air intake, through AFM, through turbo, into engine, and was dripping out the exhaust, but this was like 4-5 months ago and has long since been fixed, and has run fine every since, until just recently. Im just running out of ideas on stuff to check. How would I go about checking wastegate actuation? I checked multiple times for, vac/boost leaks, unplugged sensors, exhaust leaks, etc. cant find any. Any thoughts or ideas would be kick ***. Thanks
