yeah ive compared them, and they are slightly different...
i think ill have to trim the gasket a tad bit...other than that though it looks like its a go....

which gasket should i use for the lower intake to the engine...i have both the series 4 and series 5....
im leaning towards the series 5
anyone care to elaborate ???

The center housing ports are basically the same, but the outside secondary ports are significantly larger on the Kouki - at least 1/8" if not more.

You really need to port match the runners on the lower intake manifold if you're going to do this.

so the s5 lim has smaller secondaries than the s4l lim? or the s4 engines ports are smaller than the s5 lim ports?

Lower intake manifold to engine, the Kouki has larger outside/secondary ports by an average of 1/8" around.

As for the intake ports in the combustion chamber, the Kouki primaries are SMALLER than the Zenki ports.  The FSM says the Kouki turbo ports open 10-degrees later.
