Do you mean rebuilding the factory one?? I read a post from someone who dissassembled one and the parts to rebuild it would cost more than a new unit.

its around 400 i think, to get all the clutchs etc. for 300 more you can buy a new torsen with that wonderful ting called a warranty.

I am doing this right now. The clutches are about $20 each from Mazdamotorsports. There are a total of eight. You may not need to replace all of them. I did and put two oversize because its for my track car. That torsen diff is about $635 last time I checked. You'll also prob need side bearings. $50 times two. Plus any other of the other bearings. They are for both torsen or clutch type. These are all racer price too so if you are paying a dealer, figure double. I am not that good of a driver so I decided to save money and get a torsen when I can actually use it.
