there really isn't a good one, didn't you notice the thread like halfway down the page asking the exact same question

 

Any gains from a cone filter breathing better are more than offset by the increase in intake air temps from hot engine bay air. The only way to see gains is to also build a CAI setup, which is a custom job and more than most people asking this question are willing to tackle. If you are interested, search as there are tons of threads.
