Any difference? Just don't know if there are any different mounting points or connections.

Also any difference between na or t2 alternators?

I ran a search and couldnt find anything off hand.
Also which generates the most amperage/voltage ?

There is a difference between the S4 and S5 alternator.
S4 have a slighlt different connection than the S5 and S5 has 10amps higher than the S4.

S4 - 70amps
S5 - 80amps
