Any bad experiences using the provided Nylon Hose for Oil Pressure Unit ?

Are they prone to leaks? The last thing I want Is my new Mechanical Oil Pressure Gauge springing a leak Inside! Should I upgrade to a Copper one? Stainless Steele?

they won't let you on drag tracks with the nylon ones....

take it back and buy and electric one... so much easier.

I have one in my 83gsl no probs. Yet. I put silocone hose over it in the motor bay only. I wouldn't use it on my TII though. Only the best for it .

Thinking the same thing. I slipped some left over Silicone Hose, from replacing old Vacuum Hoses, over the Nylon Hose. Worked out good, so far...
