i pay $160 (us) a year for insurance. but its only 3rd party meaning if my car is stolen i get no money and if i crash into another car and it is my fault i also do not get any money. but im 16 so its pretty good. (i live in New Zealand)

I'm 18 and paying roughly $1800-$2k/yr for full coverage.

Your $600-$700 deals aren't that high.
