I've gathered $1000 and plan on saving a few more paychecks and will be buying a 13B Turbo engine. But I need help finding places that sell em`. I'm really looking to buy the Whole Package that has a affordable price tag on it. Looking for 13B Turbo Engine, Wiring Harness, 5-speed transmission, clutch, ECU. It's for a 1988 FC3S S4

Jspec engines are usally a crap shoot. Unless you get one from Japan2la and have it rebuilt. You don't want to go cheap it won't pay off in the end or find a good running t2 parts car like i did for $700 and you have everything hard find though.

Atkinsrotary.com price is expensive to me.
87-88 13B Turbo for $2100 or $3250 using new rotor housing and new oil pump. Plus $550 for shipping.
I'd buy from atkins because of the quality but it's over my budget.

rotaryresurrection.com price for the 13B Turbo is $1000 and also if I add $200, I can get a gasket kit. But I couldn't find the 5-speed tranny, Wiring Harness, and the ECU in there. But I'm thinking about just buying the Turbo Engine By itself and maybe those other parts one by one.

I'm really just looking for a Vendor that I can trust with my hard-earned money to sell me a Turbo Engine, 5-speed tranny, Wiring Harness, & ECU that will last and bring me transportation.

1600$ shipped seams like a good deal to me. I'd go with japan2la.

You shouldn't try to do major work like this on a tight budget, ask me how I know. Either save your cash until you have a nice surplus or do some cheaper mods.

 

I appreciate all your help. I found a place in Palm Springs, CA and this guy has the best price! Plus he does compression checks. I'll be buying the 13B Turbo and will be swapping it soon! I'll Post some pictures and videos soon!

Hate to break it to you, but its gonna be hard to find a jspec motor that will last. You will need a rebuild almost for sure.
