Antifreeze leak on 88 vert

I started noticing I smell antifreeze so humm, I think I'll look. Well the little thing on the water inlet housing where you add coolant is leaking. It apears to come up higher than the gasket. Is that thing totally replaceable, or is it the cap. Anyone know? Or have a part number handy for the whole thing. I went to the mazda dealer and they were like we dont know give us a part number
