antenne

How do i force the automatic-antenne open? I installed a new head-unit, but for some reason the antanne doesn't open. I know the remote wire from the HU is putting out power(it turns my amps on), but i wired it to the antanne lead on the wiring kit and it didn't open.

I figure i might as well just make it permanently open since it sounds like it gets stuck shut anyways. Any help appreciated.

thanks

Needs a relay to invert the + antenna signal from your aftermarket radio, to the - signal required by the stock power antenna.

Search function use would be good. There should only be about 20 threads on this between FC forum and interior/exterior/Audio forums
