antenna activation wire disconnected

the blue/yellow wire that's supposed to be grounded when I turn on my stereo is disconnected, but I don't know where. could someone tell me where it's supposed to be in the front of the car? also I'm having a hard time finding a writeup on how to rig the antenna for an aftermarket stereo (how to flip the voltage on that wire that I don't have connected right now).

you have to use a relay to snap a ground open/closed. Its not hard. I can't remember where the write up is though

thanks for the help, turns out everything was already in place and the previous owner simply didn't connect the wire to the head unit, but left it right next to it.
