Yes. Just don't block off the nipples you need for vacuum sources.

As long as you're using the MOP injectors, you will need vacuum hoses... Which means you'll need a vacuum source for them, too.

i should of worded my question less idiotic sorry...

if i block off some of the nipples and run a line from a vac source to the brake booster and another vac source for the fpr is there any other thing i need to connect to the vac source to start the car?..

i will add a boost gauge and wastegate and blow off valve later down the build but for right now i just need to get this motor started to figure out the condition of it.
was that worded better? i hate this phone

Along with what you've listed... You need the MOP injector vacuum hoses connected to a vacuum source. Unless you're going to remove the MOP, injectors, MOP lines, MOP injector vacuum hoses, etc... And run premix.

Then the FPR is all you should need. Brake booster, too... If you're looking to drive it, and plan on stopping. I would stay away from boost without a boost gauge.

Don't forget your Primary and Secondary injector air bleeds, don't need to be on when you start the car up, but I think they're a good/simple feature to keep

Don't forget you also need a vacuum source for the haltech pressure sensor.

You're right, vice-grips are a horrible idea.
All you need is a strap wrench...even a cheap PepBoys oil filter strap wrench will work.

I used a hammer for the oil filler neck. Wacked it loose, then swapped it with a TII one.
