S4 Front arms fit onto an s5 but you need the sway bar and links.

There is also a Factory Service manual link where you can grab wiring diagrams.
Foxed.ca

Did you check fuses under the dash, driver's side?

the headlight circuit usually only has a few faults, one is a simple blown "head" fuse, second is the obvious switch, third is a faulty relay located just behind the front bumper on the support and lastly is water intrusion into the wiring harness just below the headlight relay(usually only common in snowy areas with salty roads).

there should also be a ground loop somewhere at the front of the car if it is not a voltage supply issue. checking voltage to the headlight connectors should tell you if it is or not.
