Another round of name that part
Cleaning out a bin, I found what pictured below. And for the life of me I can't remember what it is for.
From the N351 I know it's for a US N/A car. I want to say it's an S4 Cruise control brain. But at 6" x 4.25", seems too big for that.

searched naldec computer, and came up with miata guys talking about naldec automatic transmission control computers.
