Another Nagging Question

It's been bothering me for a while.

On S5 cars, between the rear shock-towers, and the seats, there is a small plate. I've popped it open before. Even still, what is behind it, and what are they ( both sides ) for???

Is the opening about 2"x2" (or less)? If you open it, is there a connector living their (1 wire with joined male/female prong thingy)?

If so, than you found the power for your autoseatbelts and the emergancy retractor in case the motor dies (funny thing is, the motor won't die, but the mouse will freeze on the track and the motor will just keep running and running...if that happens, undo the mentioned plug)

This is the place (mentioned in the owners manual) that you use to disconnect the power to the restraint belts and then use the tool provided to crank them to the position require to use them while driving.

I am 100% sure.
