Question another flooding thread

sorry guys but i have a problem. i think the engine keeps flooding over night cuz when i start it up the next day or 2 for the first couple minutes of driving its spews out white smoke. could someone please run thru the unflooding procedure in laymans terms for me? this is my first rotary so i still am unsure of what i am doin. oh yea. if i get the engine rebuilt, will it help with the flooding? my odo says ~184k miles on it and i dunno if the engines been rebuilt or not. thanks a lot.

More than likely oil if it goes away after a few mins. Does it completely go away or does it smoke when you stop at a light>
