Another dumb tire size question.

Ok. 87 base model stock ugly phone dial 14" rims. Tire size 185/70/R14.

Will I be able to use 185/60/R14 tires ? Is it possible ? Would I want to ? I just found a steal for a set of 4 on ebay for like $175 free shipping, and want to hop on that deal. So help please please ?

It'd throw your speedometer by about 3 to five mph. Personal experience tells me this
