Man, I wrecked mine. Technically it wasn't my fault, but technicality of GA law it IS my fault because I hit the girl in front of me. Let me guess; all four wheels locked up on you, you tried to ditch but your car kept pushing straight?

Nothing you can do at that point except expect the worst and hope for the best. I was scared that my grandmother who was in the passenger seat wasn't going to make it out so well.
The girl I hit was also forced to slam on her brakes, and even ABS didn't save her, all four locked up on her too, but the truck in front of the girl was able to swerve into the ditch, as was the car ahead of them. The stupid **** that caused the whole accident didn't even get words, but I plan on doing something. Something immature...

If your hood is fucked up where it's mounted, then you're pretty screwed. Luckily my accident didn't do much more then **** up my bumper cover, hood and headlight assemblies. It did knick my rad support though, but it's easily fixed.

If you need parts, send me an email. I have a well stocked friend who has an equally well stocked friend.

Best of luck. I know how much it sucks wrecking your FC, believe me. Thank god I have full coverage and the best auto insurance though. Try and get USAA.

If he doesnt already have USAA, he prob cant get it. Its for military and family of military that already have USAA. Luckily I got it though my dad. I didn't have full coverage on mine before, and I'm gonna have to look at how much it will be once I get mine fixed. It shouldnt be too bad because well have more cars than drivers, which is a large discount.
Anyway, hope the frame isn't bent on your car, cause that can cause problems. A good body shop can fix it like new, but itll cost.

it makes it kinda hard to judge what kinda damage you have with all the body panels on.... my car has been hit twice with very similar damage and with the body apart it wasn't as bad as it looks

Is it just me or have there been more accidents lately? Both this forum and the miata forum seem to have more people with accidents.
