Angry another damned idle prob!

ok i searched to see if we figured this one out but seems it hasent. well here goes. when i start my car up when its cold, it will idle at around 600, 500. then i tap the gas and it ill go right to 1500rpm and stay there and slowly go down back to 500. then it ill start goin down to the big line almost stallin and keep doin that, sometimes it stalls. oh yeh when its warm and idlin at 500 i rev it a little and the needle will fly down and stall. after it stalls, and i try to start it up it ill just stall agian, but if i gas it and keep the rpm high for around a minute and slowly let go back to crap 500 idle it will stay there and start jumpin agian. ?!?!? advice please! thanks!

You probably have a vacume leak. Try raising your idle speed for the time being while you find the vac leak. Just adjust the screw on the top of the UIM and rais it to about 7-900rpm or until it doesn't stall. then look for a missing vacume hose.

you did not search very well.

If his car can idle at 500, I wouldnt think that a vacuum leak was suspect.

UIM is the Upper Intake Manifold. And your BAC is green, because the two water hoses that attach to it are probably leaking. They have NOTHING to do with the operation of the BAC.
