another alternator thread

ok i got my dual pulley form bonzitoyota after 3 weeks since i ordered it (thanks bonzi!) when i went to take off my old pulley i found that it just spins, ok i thought, so i went side and hit up the wonderful site for some info. i got what i was looking for but it didn't help. i tried using my friends air ratched while i held onto the pully with a nice sticky piece of wire. no go all it would do is wrench the pully around. while i was searching i didn't find anything about a hole or any good way to freeze the pulley. is there any hope for me?!

i take at least one alt pully off a day at work and i just hold on to them with one hand and hit the nut with an impact wrench with the other
