Cool alternator

I am still having a problem with my car. It will hesitate like you hit a brick wall every few times you rev it up ........My voltage gauge stays at about 14.2 untill you push the brake, or turn on the blower. . . I am thinking it is an electrical problem, but I don't know what to do. Today I put a new neg batt cable on, so as to reground everything. but still hesitates

ALSO, when I am reving it at like 3k(in neutral), and then I put my foot on the brake, the voltage drops a little, then if I let off the gas the voltage drops again(to below 14, like 13.9) when it gets to 1k rpm(or lower).

This is so frustrating, and crazy. I am about to take it to mazda next week. PLEASE let me know if you have any ideas.

My email is WishihadaPorsche911T@juno.com

Thanks,

Voltage drop is normal. When i'm running the heater and hit the brakes mine drops below 12v... either get a bigger alternator or upgrade to LED's everywhere in the car.
