i hate to be a complainer but god dam!!! how come my car has to be so incredbly crapy!!! heres the story
n/a to turbo swap. all electronics included so no compatability probablomes. s4 t2.
my cars probably been running for about a month now and im constantly faced with new arising issues every day. first it was a fuel cut at 4 g. i thought that might have been the boost pressure sensor so i swapeed that. noghtin happened. so i decidedx to swap the ecu and suprise suprise it reved out to six ( if i was lucky)!!! now i say six because who knows what the hell is going on but if i go W.T.O in first or second, it by some metheod keeps me from going into boost. i start reving (it depends how much throtle im giving it) and it will equilize vacume and as soon as its about to boost the fing car loses all sense of pull. it will continue to rev but with absolutly no power what so ever. it almost feels like the waste gate just flys open before it can really push boost or anything. i CAN NOT tell what the car is doing. theres no clear indication if its pulling fuel or if the wastegates fed up. next comes the wonderfull world of my electronics.... i was driving yesterday, not even ragging on the car when it decided it would be funny to let all the guages just stop working. no fuel guage, no volt guage, no rpm's... nothing. what the hell is going on!!! anyone with any insite. maybe someone with the same probablome? please. if you have any ideas throw them out here. im open for any suggestions. all help is appriciated. im still looking though the forum for clues but all help is welcome.

haha, true. but does any one els have any insight? i think i figured out but im not sure. the ecu that came with the swap only lets me rev to four, and the one i got off a buddie worked for a little while and got progressivly worse every time i drove it, too the point where it finally just stoped boosting at all. so i swaped back the ecu that only reved to four grand and walla!!! it help boost perfectly fine. so i think maby i just had too bad ecu's. any one concure?
as for your electronics...did you even think to check the fuses? From time to time mine blows the fuse for the gauge cluster. still has speedo, but everything else is fragged. so i chg the fuse. Next, it just sounds like u have a huge vac leak/ manifold Air leak. otherwise i dont know what else to say.
I think the OP should have done a bit more searching and reasearching on this before swaping
