Alright its time to tackle this idle problem

I finally got my tax return and im ready to fix my idle.

So to start off. I start up, idles 3k. drops down to around 750rpm. Normal
When I start driving around town, eventually it will start to bounce from 500rpm-1000rpm. Idk if it makes a difference but when I turn my ac on it bounces my rpm up to 1500rpm.

I just changed plugs and wires a month ago.

So were should I start to look first.

and if needed, I can upload a video of the idle

I'd start with the BAC.

The BAC would appear to be functioning fine if it idles up with the AC on, and rev's to 3k on start, would it not?

IMHO I'd start with the TPS. I'd start by re-grounding or cleaning the ground to the ECU on the engine block. Then, re-adjust TPS.

Take a voltage reading at the ECU for the Water Thermosensor while the engine is cold then continue to take the reading as the car fully warms up and compare to spec as designated in the FSM.

So after messing around with the BAC and TPS, it some how got fixed?

I also cleaned my battery connections. (doubt it fixed it) But it works so im just going to leave it alone until it starts acting up again.
