Almost lost the car.

Well, lets just say going on a mountain cruise is fun....and eventful. I just thought I would show you the pics of my car on the side of a cliff. And I didn't get there beacause I was driving to hard I got there cause I was pulling over to help a friend who blew his engine. O well she is out and safe(gets on knees and prays). The paint job is still good. But my knees are a little shaky. Anyways here are the pics.

Wow is all I can say.

Before you went over, could you see the slope, (prob not huh) looks very misleading.

Yea it was. I pulled over and then was about to leave so I turned the wheel and started to go forward and felt her slide. Turned the car off pulled e brake and jumped out. Some locals with an XLT explorer helped us out. I had my eyes shut when the pulled her out. I was soo scared and happy at the same time.

I'd write a letter to the DOT and have them tractor mow that road shoulder. ... actually no I wouldn't... but I would be more careful driving on shoulders covered in tall grass i guess.

just be glad it wasn't some soft dirt that ate your car!
