All Warning cluster lights always on

I'm not sure what this means, it was working fine. Then I was driving home from work and I had an oil level warning. So I topped up my oil once I reached home and ever since the warning lights never turn off after the engine starts. Everything seems to be running fine and I cant believe that everything has a problem.......

I checked the Service manual and got nowhere I also tried search the forum but found nothing any help would be great I'm just alittle concerned.

are u saying all your lights are coming on while the car is on or just the oil light is staying on. if all your lights are coming on check you belts. or you alternator.

it was just the oil light but after I topped up the oil all the lights come on and stay on. I have been having slipping belt problems which seemed to stop after all the lights started coming on.

All the warning lights coming on indicates a charging system malfunction. Start looking at the alternator then battery.
