All tranny removers:
What are the neccessary things you should do, or must do when your removing the tranny?
I just got some new synthetic tranny fluid
Replace Pilot bearing
replace throw out bearing..
Anything else?

besides the things you mentioned.if the flywheel looks colored (i.e. faint red,blue,or yellow) have it resurficed. if the fork looks worn replace it.and clean the inside of the bell housing.also check the clutch while its out
p.s. dont drop the trany on anyone or yourself. (it realy hurts)

Bushings, lightweight flywheel while your at it, and I put some Militec-1. Its a synthetic based metal conditioner. $29 for a 16oz bottle, but that smooth shifting has never felt so good. You only need to put about 4oz in though. I also used Lucas Synthetic Oil.

Yeah the flywheel shouldn't be burnt its only been drivin 5000 km since the engine was put in... dont have enough cash for a light flywheel.... i might need a new clutch
