all sorts of new problems

ok i was working on the gxl last night. one of my 5/6th ports have been frozen up since i put in the new rebuild. im now up to about 1500 miles on the motor. i been spraying the stuck actuator all week with wd40, and now decided to "unstick it" with a hammer and a socket extension. i was tapping on it lightly and got it to go all the way down, but then it was stuck down, so i managed too free it up with some vice grips. now my idle is all weird. the rpm's went down and it has a real hard time holding and idle until it warms up a little. now today i was letting it idle again, and the gasket around the coolant filler neck blew out. are these problems related, or just coincidence? is my port stuck open? any help is appreciated.

and it seem to drive ok until i done this, now there is not alot of power until 3800 rpms. im guessing that means the port is open? the rods on both actuators are in the "out" position. could i have broken the internal piece the actuator turns? im stumped on this one

sounds like it is stuck open... A bad idle is common to that problem of a single aux port stuck open, but it could also be related to a broken vac line, from when you were in there hammering
