I have a rebuilt streetported motor will rev but will not start i have a brand new battery, spark plugs/wires, waterpump, pilot bearing, oil/filter, fuel fliter, and im all out ideas as to why my car will not start

 

Are the plugs wet?

Might be lack of compression at this point...Try injecting a little engine oil into the leading plug holes to seal her up a bit...

 

Try push starting it.

 

all 4 plugs are wet i pulled them out to let all that fuel evaporate and now im stuck
