all my lights on my dash are on

all the lights on my dash are on, exhaust temp, coolant sensor etc what is going on.

Is is still safe to drive?

Check your alternator belt.

I keep hearing like a buzzing sound when it decelrate and the lights are on coming from the cluster

Yes he is serious. When all of your warning lights come on it means an alternator failure.

Check
1. Alt belt
2. Wire running into the back of the Alt. Connection loose, damaged, etc...
3. Have Alt. tested

Get the alt replaced. If your idiot lights are coming on, the alt. is bad. Even ask Icemark, he'll tell you the same thing.

All my lights went on and that usually means you alt is going. Had to replace mine.
