All my idiot lights blink on/off sometimes

What could this be. When I'm driving sometimes all the idiot/warning lights will blink on and back off while driving down the road. Doesn't seem to cause any harm, but I sure want to figure it out. I know I need to do the re-solder, because my clock has a mind of its own, could this be the same reason for the blinking lights. All of them come on like when you are starting your car. 87 TII, thanks for any help.

Cold solder joints. It is an easy job only took me like 20 minutes to do it and they work fine now.

Yep, you need to re-solder it or send it to me to fix for you for $20+ shipping.

Remember if you are going to do it yourself, make sure you use a solder sucker and get the old solder out before flowing new solder in, or you will have the same problem next year when the joints start failing again.
