are all "aero Style" mirrors electric?

I have found a 88 aero style mirror but I do not know if it is power or not and the seller has not called me back.
he said it is a t2 mirror
any help would be appreciated

i think all the t2 mirrors were powered and only the base models had non power mirrors

all of the factory aero mirrors are powered. But if it's aftermarket, such as RE Amemiya or something, they usually aren't.
