Alignment of pulley timing marks

During my PS and AC removal fun, I seperated the accessories pulley from the water pump/alternator pulley and placed it back on the E-shaft. Started the car up, to find it running but all the idiot lights on. I shut it off and checked to see what I forgot. Yeah, I forgot to put the bolts back in the pulley. So I bolted it back on and all is well, but I'm going to assume I didn't put the pulley back on in the same orientation that it was and thus my timing marks should be off. So how do I realign them? Use the marks under the CAS cover? Thanks.

Huh, so it was stupid luck that it went back on the right way? Guess I had a 25% chance of getting it right. Thanks man.

Oh yeah, I know that...it's just that on my very first shot, it went on the right way. Thats what made me think the holes were all the same.
