Alignment issues. BALD rear passenger tire

Hello all!

So many moons ago, I took my car in to get new tires and an alignment. They finished the alignment but then they said that the frame might be bent and they wanted to try to "bend" it back. This scared the crap outta me and I ran my car outta there in a jiffy.
Now, probably 7000 miles later, my right rear tire is almost as smooth as my dad's head. I'm prepared to take it in again for some new tires and an alignment, but what should I expect and do you guys have any advice on how to correct this? Is bending a frame back into shape a thing?

Thanks so much!

Would like to know spec, amount, that's out, toe or camber, or both.
The toe is slightly adjustable but no camber adjustment from the factory, so amount out of spec would be the deciding factor..

Did you ask for a print out of your alignment specs? Without alignment specs, I'm not sure that anybody can offer you any constructive advice.
