Alarm Issues.. 91 Turbo

Hey Guys,
I've got a 91 Turbo 83k miles. I think the alarm is acting up. It was working fine until a few days ago.
The Hatch is cloed, the hood is closed and when I lock the drivers door, The passenger door locks likes it's supposed to, then light comes on, and then it just starts beeping. No pauses or anything, just a constant beep. If I Unlock the door it will stop and if I turn the key it will stop. If I close the door like you would to normally arm it, it doesn't arm.

I searched and found a bunch of stuff about the actual alarm going off and power steering woes. has anyone elese experenced this. I haven't checked anything out yet, I wanted to ask first.

Thanks,
-Ian

I would just start with testing your door locks, hatch, and hood switch via the FSM by watching the SECURITY lamp flash. I sometimes have a problem with my alarm. When I go to set it, it just goes beep, beep, beep, ... as the light flashes continuously.

Maybe one of the contacts needs to be cleaned. But yeah, start with the FSM procedure, then report back.
